What is Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that is determined by a reasonable person to be so severe, pervasive, and offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to the education program or activity.

What is relationship violence?

Relationship violence is violence between those who are or have been in a romantic or intimate relationship with each other.

What is stalking?

Stalking is conduct that is directed at a specific person(s) that would cause a reasonable person to feel fear or suffer substantial emotional distress. The conduct is often repetitive and includes, but is not limited to the following, pursuit, harassing and/or interfering with the pace and/or safety of another.

What is sexual assault?

Sexual Assault is any sexual act directed against another person who is incapable of giving consent (because of age or physical or mental incapacity).
